who is crying tonight?
who is laughing tonight?
who is angry tonight?
who is praying tonight?
who is running tonight?
who is singing tonight?
who has closed their heart tonight?
who is hurting who tonight?

tonight, to those I love from the bottom of my heart
to each one of you, a flower bouquet...

flooded with feelings from 'Mugen no dejavu' that won't go away
I hold onto the despair and hope
so many times I thought it was impossible...
so many times I believed we could...

who is freezing tonight?
who is fighting tonight?
who has fallen tonight?
who will mourn the child tonight?

Warning: May Cause Toe-Tapping

After one intensive practice with the team, I went to see a movie with my friends. We saw this little fellow, the movie "Happy Feet". It's about a penguin, Mumble, who can't sing as the other penguins. He feels that he's an outsider, and goes away from his family. He finds other penguins, and becomes friends with five other penguins of another kind. But their thing is to dance. Instead of having a good voice, Mumble is very good at tapdance, and he gets popular among these penguins. Etc, etc.

This movie actually make me laugh in real. The things that happened in the movie can't happen in real, but it was a fun movie, and for kids it's good. It says that even if you're not the same as every one else, you would be loved as you are, even if it's not easy every time.

Now, I feel very tired. It feels like I've been running around all day (except when I was watching the movie). But I've been running with the time, looking at the clock all time.
Tomorrow, we'll have guests. As usual, my dad's friends. And as usual, I'm having a boring time... I'll have to come up with something to do tomorrow. Maybe I'll write something here (^^)
Oh, my brother bought me new earphones for my cellphone! I can now listen to music without being disturbed with earphones who doesn't want to stay in my ears! o(^v^)o
If I don't write anything here tomorrow, then I'll say:

~*Happy New Year!*~

Now you can sign in a guestbook, or mark where you are from in a guestmap, and look at some pictures I've uploaded in a photoalbum. Everything is on the right column, just click and you're in!

And I've put in a video jukebox at the bottom of the blog. Have a look (^^)

Christmas Eve under the stars

Christmas Eve, it's very unusual for us to celebrate it only with the family, at our house. We always use to celebrate it with at least another family, who, as us, doesn't have any relatives here in Sweden. But this year, we celebrated it home. Mum cooked a turkey with rice and sauce. It was delicious. We opened our presents and had quite fun. I got a very interesting camera from my host family in Japan! I tried it as soon as I opened it! We'll see how the pictures will turn to be! I certainly think I'll be able to have some fun with it! Arigato, Miyauchi-family! (^0^)/
A Fisheye Camera. (jp)

I went on a walk with Mimmi (our Golden, picture under the text), and I was thinking how quiet it was. Almost no one was outside, no cars, only houses with lights on or off, not too cold, and a heaven almost without clouds. You could see the stars when you look up. If it weren't for all the lights on the streets and houses, probably I could see even more stars. But, I don't live in nowhere, and were only able to see only the brightest stars. But to be able to see the stars was something, because it's not been the best weather here, not easy to see the stars. Well, this night was one of the nights I could see some of the stars on heaven!

Merry Christmas everyone!

Mimmi was a bit "Christmas-sy" herself! (-.<)

Fuglesang, back to earth!

Fuglesang is back to earth! He had a safety landing on the second chance of landing. Discovery landed on Kennedy Space Center in Florida 11:32 pm Swedish time. He has already got another mission to space on his list! ESA (European Space Agency) has decided that Fuglesang is going to another mission, because of how he'd been managing this mission, which was very good! He has said that he feels good after the landing, and will spend his Christmas in Florida with his family.

What a good end for him, and a beginning of his career as an astronaut!
My opinion is, he's been working very good, and it's been his first mission to space ever. He's been waiting for so long, and at last he could fly out of our atmosphere, doing a great job at ISS. I'm impressed! And proud of him, as a Swedish citizen.

I wish him good luck on his future missions to space!

Christmas cards, stamps and...Christmas cards...

First day on my winter break, I was working with our "around-200" Christmas cards, I put stamps on every envelope, and after that, I closed all envelopes. I didn't do this with my tongue! But with a sponge, but it took me half the day. Over 100 to outside Sweden, and around 100 to people in Sweden. One stamp for abroad costs 10 swedish crowns, and more than 100 of them, plus 5 crowns for each Swedish stamps... I realized how much we spend every year on Christmas cards! If it was only for the stamps, well okay, but mum printed all cards with a colour printer from the computer, so all the papers for that, all ink, and all envelopes... If I rethink, it's quite much...

But I think it's worth it, I think most people like to get a Christmas card from someone you know, so maybe those we send our cards to are happy to get one. I hope so.. (^^)

And today, the weather is not the best, but the temperature has gone upwards, the snow I wrote about is almost gone, maybe there won't be a white Christmas after all. I think it wasn't any white Christmas last year, not on Christmas Eve, but the snow came the day after Eve. So it was a half white Christmas. In Sweden, Christmas Eve is the main day, bigger than Christmas day (the 25th december). It's on Eve when Santa Claus cames and gives everyone a present.

Only two days left till Christmas...

Winter, again

It began to snow this afternoon. My friend was very happy about it, but I don't know... It's beautiful with snow, maybe we'll have a white Christmas after all, but I'm not a fan of snow... Everything gets delayed, and it's hard to walk normally, you have to use all your leg muscles if you don't want to slip, and like me, don't have shoes for snow...

Tomorrow is the last day at school this year. We're going to dance Christmas dances, and listen to all the music students doing a winter concert, and at last have some fun with the class. My brother is going to participate on the concert, (he's a music student, I'm an art student, both of us study science too. It's a speciallized program in school.) So he's going to be at school much earlier than the rest of the school.

Fuglesang is returning to earth now, hope he's had great experiences up there (^^). And I hope he'll have a pleasant travel to earth!
Now, I have to go to sleep (^0^)

+Positive+

Now I've had my last test this year. In astronomy, I think it went quite okay, don't feel too worried about it. We'll get the results next year, so until then I don't have to worry about that test, because there is nothing I can do now.

Only two days left in school this year! After that: Winter break!! (^O^)v We have break for about two weeks, I'll take it easy these two weeks, get some rest. Not every day, but those days when I don't have practice with the team or when I'm not working as a skater trainer.

Now, the temperature has gone under 0 degrees, around -1 to -2 degrees. Even if it's not that cold, it feels like it's very much colder than the temperature says. But when I think back 3-4 years when it was -15 degrees, then I can't complain about this temperature. But when it's about -1 or -2 degrees, it feels quite nice. Not too cold, not to warm. You'll wake up in the morning when you get out from the house! (^^) Even if I had an early morning, I was in a good mood when I came out from the house with this temperature! But when I sat in the bus, I was getting more and more tired... I always falls into sleep somehow when I travel with the bus or train. Even if it only takes 15-20 minutes to school. I think I've got it from the exchange year in Japan (^.^) There everybody sleeps in trains or bus, even at school, hahaha! And I did the same... hehehe...

This day was a positive one, better than last week. I'm happy I've got my motivation back!

New skates and future thoughts...

My youngest brother got his new skates today, and he tried them on his practice. He seemed happy and it wasn't any big problems with them.
It was a long time ago I had new skates... But my feet doesn't grow anymore, so I don't think I'll need any new skates anymore. If my doesn't get bad in some way (^^)

Only a week to winter break!! o(^O^)o Feels good! But that means that it's only half year left to graduation, which means that before that I have to decide what to do after graduation... Which I have no f*cking idea..!! Panic! (*O*)
I don't even know if I want to study right after graduation, or if I want to wait a year or so, so that I know what to study... My parents wants me to study right after, but if so, what to study?! The studies often takes around 3-5 years, if I choose wrong, then I've wasted so much time for maybe something I even won't become... Hard decision... (-_-) I wonder how other people do when they're about to choose their "destiny"/life/occupation...

I know that I won't become doctor or teacher or something like that, I don't like hospitals or blood, I like to help people, it makes me happy when I know someone needs my help and I can help that person, but not in that way, as in hospitals or so... And I'm kind of a teacher when it comes to skating, it's enough with it for now.
Photographer seems to be fun, but to survive with it can be a bit hard, and I can do that in my spare time, like beside work. Like, part-time photographer... (^^)
I've been thinking of some kind of architecture, but I don't know if I'm interested enough to survive... You have to be quite creative when it comes to jobs like that.
Something with astronomy seems fun too, but I know how much you have to study and be smart... And if so, I have to move to northern Sweden to study.

We'll see about this future, I've been thinking for so long, but still without any good answers. Hope something will pop up in my head soon. There is so much things whirling around in my head now... hahaha

Lucia

Today, it's the day of Lucia. Here in Sweden we always celebrate it the 13th of december. In front stands the Lucia with candles on a crown on her head. The others stands a bit behind her holding a candle. In our school, the Lucia holds a candle too, but traditionally she holds her hands together in front of her.
They sings different Lucia songs, some Christmas songs too, but not always. There are a bunch of traditional Lucia songs. So everywhere in the country does this on the 13th of december, kindergardens, schools, in cities, everywhere. And they do this in the morning, before the sun gets up (the sun doesn't get up until around 9-10 am in winter).
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
Yesterday, Fuglesang made his first space-walk! He went outside the ISS base with an american, they did some reparations and stayed outside for quite a long time, don't remember for how long... Longest this far in our space history (^^)

Sickness invades us!! (>.<)

We were only 13 out of 23 skaters at the practice today, 10 people are sick somehow... We wasn't even a full team (16 skaters) ! I hope everybody is going to get better soon, so that we can practice on our programs.
So today's practice was a bit different from usual. We practiced most on step sequences, and other things we could practice on without the need to be a full team. Most of the practice was individually. But it was good too, I was getting better on some of the step sequences.
On the coming saturday, we're going to exhibit one of the programs, in Björknäs. I hope that we'll be a full team until then. Or whatelse should we do...?

Now, Red Hot Chili Peppers are here in Sweden! They had their first concert yesterday, and today they have their second. I wanted to go, but as usual, I'm busy with other things... My brother went today with some friends. Some of my classmates went too, some yesterday and some today. I'll ask them how it was.
It was a long time ago I went to a concert last time. Last time was in 2004, GLAY's "The Frustrated - extreme- " concert in Yoyogi (Tokyo). It was so fun!

My brother came home now, he said the concert was okay, but a bit "boring", 'cause RHCP played though a bunch of songs, then just ended, nothing special. Well, maybe I didn't miss so much at all... Happy for that (^^)
Now, I have to go to sleep, if I want some sleep. Good Night!

Pirates of the Caribbean 3: At World's End

New pictures from the third movie of "Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End". Next year before or around summer, the movie is going to be released in theaters.
I'm already excited!! Want to go and see it now! o(>0<)o
I wonder what's going to happen with Captain Jack Sparrow, if you know the ending of the second movie. And what's going to happen with the relationship between Will and Elizabeth?

In this third movie, rock star Keith Richards is going to play Jack's father in a moment. Johnny Depp has based Jack's character on Keith Richard, so it will be interesting to see them together on screen...!
It is said that Keith Richard was already drunk when they did his scenes... huh, I hope the scenes became good.

"Drink up, me earties, YOHO!"

Teru's hairstyle

I was looking at some GLAY pictures, and I've found Teru's best hairstyle though the years. This one is his best hairstyle, according to me -->

He has had many good hairstyles, but this is my very favourite.
Don't ask me why I write this... hahaha. Just though that I had to said this (^.^)

Lussebullar!

Today, we baked "Lussebullar". It's a Swedish Christmas bun/cake that every family bakes when Christmas is coming.
With GLAY's "One Love" album, me and two of my brothers made these Lussebullar. They looks more tasty in real, than these photos... (I need to buy a real digital system camera....!) and they are more tasty than they looks like !

Today Fuglesang and the crew on Discovery are going to ISS. Hope they'll made it without problems. May the Force be with them!

Latest Photo assignment

This is my latest photo assignment from the photo class I'm taking at school. The assignment was to find a photo and to photograph it exactly as the original. I took one photo of JIRO looking at his own pictures. My brother is the model, to the right.

The original photo to the left, my photo to the right.

The original photo is much better than this one I publish here, but I couldn't scan in the original one, so I took it with my digital camera, that's why the colours are a bit crazy. The picture is so much better in the book.

The original one is taken from GLAY's Official Photo Collection from their 10th anniversary concert in Universal Studios Japan, 2004.

Rewiew...

A week has ended, a new one is soon to begin...

Sometimes you really wonder where the time has gone... Why is it running so fast? Where do it has to go...? Sometimes I wonder how good it would have to be if one day contained 30 hours, and not only 24. Would we be able to do more things? Would students have more time to study and really get better intelligence? I don't know the answer, but when time is running too fast, and it feels like you haven't done everything you have to do, then I can give this a thought or two.

When it comes to time, some things aren't getting as fast as you want. Outside my window, the former neighbour sold a bit of the land to another. This new owner to the land wants to build a house with three floors. But the problem is that on this land, it only contains of a big hill made of stone. So to be able to build a house with three floors, they have to blow off this hill of stone. So some workers have come here, to drill and to blow away this huge rock. Sometimes early in the morning, sometimes when everybody are in school or work. But it has been noisy for quite a long time. And when they are working, you can see right through my room. Everything I do. So when I'm changing clothes, I have to go to another place if I don't want to be seen... hahaha.

The only thing is, after they have built this huge house, the sun isn't going to light my room anymore... That's a bit sad... But if I'm lucky enough, maybe the house wouldn't block the sun...! (^^)

The white house to the right is my house. Big thing in front is making all noise... Isn't it fun?
Today's practice was okay, most of us was quite tired after the week. I was tired because I woke up around 6 am to get to our icerink, and after I went to the team's practice. Quite hard days, sundays...

Fuglesang Liftoff!

Finally he's flying out to space! 2:47 am this morning, he finally gets his dream come true! I wonder how he feels now, and what he's doing... I wish him all luck!
Hope he'll have a great experience!

In our figure skating club, we're preparing for the Christmas show, every skating class were practicing on their own Christmas programs. I've done a program for my little group of children, with the song "Frosty the snowman". I hope they'll remember the program until next week, when the show is...! They're around 4-6 years old... I wonder how good their memory are, we'll see next week! (^^)

Yesterday evening, we went to one of my brother's friend's sushi bar. They're closing for this year, taking Christmas break, so they invited us to eat some sushi. The sushi-maker is doing such great sushi, you can't find any better sushi in Stockholm than there!! Here's a picture of some of the sushi:

Well, I have to get something to eat before I get to my own practice with the team!

Fuglesang second chance

The night between thursday and friday, 3:36 am, the Swedish astronaut Christer Fuglesang had the chance to become the first Swedish astronaut in space. Unfortunally they couln't lift due to the weather. Everything here in Sweden have been about this, and they had it live on TV and so on. But no, he's not up yet.

Now, he can have his second chance to get to space. I really hope that he gets this chance, he's been waiting for so long. NASA is going to say whether there will be a second start sunday 2:47 am or not, in about 1 hour 20 minutes. We'll see...

And today, I've been working on a school assignment, in astronomy. About Edwin Hubble and the Hubble Space Telescope. Did you know that the telescope can take such good pictures that if it is over Washington D.C., it can take a picture on a firefly in Tokyo! (*o*)

First posting ever!

Wow, finally I've created a blog. Didn't think that I would do that...my mum has one, and after seing how this blog-thing worked, suddenly I felt that I wanted one too, 2-3 years after mum created hers.

Today it's friday, December has already begun, but when I look out from my window, I can't see any kind of snow here. It's unusual with temperature over 5 degrees and no snow here in Sweden. I'm quite worried about the earth, if I should be honest... And I don't count with any white Christmas this year. (-_-)

Well, it was a bit hard to write this first post, harder than I thought... haha, but I hope it'll get easier with time, when I get more used to this blog-thing. Quite fun (^^)
